These terms cover your use of GetMyCoach during its private beta. Please read the health and safety section carefully — training carries inherent risk.
Acceptance
By accessing or using GetMyCoach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The beta service
GetMyCoach is provided during a private beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed while we develop the product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use GetMyCoach. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Health and safety
GetMyCoach provides general fitness and training guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult a physician before starting any training program, particularly if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have been inactive. Train within your ability, use proper form, and stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or distress. You train at your own risk.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Your data
You retain your training data. You grant us the permissions needed to process it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The GetMyCoach application, its generated plans, coaching content and coach personas are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial training use only.
No guarantee of results
Training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including effort, consistency, recovery, nutrition and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific result.
Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You can stop using GetMyCoach at any time and ask us to delete your data.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
