Silver Age Heavyweight Coach builds power and speed the modern way: sprint and anaerobic intervals for repeat-effort power-endurance, explosive plyometric and functional strength, sharp footwork for foot speed, and heavy-bag power-endurance rounds - all protected by mobility and science-led recovery. How it works
Most weeks lead with bag and anaerobic conditioning, add explosive strength and sharp footwork, and protect it all with mobility and recovery. A calibration week sets honest effort and movement quality before pushing; intensity is autoregulated by RPE, with built-in deloads so you adapt rather than grind.
